The text and the instructors teachings were excellent. Easy to follow and to the point. I also appreciated the Action Tasks after each module, which allowed me to instantly put what I had learned into practice. The multiple choice quizzes at the end of each module were also a great way to check that I had understood the most important points. I also appreciated that I could redo a quizz if I had gotten some sections wrong, thus anchoring the information more deeply. As someone who is not really all that interested in online tech, I very much appreciated the focus on the most important need to know points. I also loved that the instructors delivery was in a manner that was free of all unnecessary technical jargon. For me, this is what made the course outstanding, because if I had had to listen to too much computer/tech language I would most likely have turned off and would have missed out on learning how to protect myself.
